Individual Logotherapeutic Coaching

Logotherapy has many applications for dealing with life issues and is meaning-based rather than problem-based. Instead of attempting to ‘remove’ the problem from the client’s life, logotherapists work with the issue from a meaning-centred perspective which enables the client to move forward with the issue having been understood and dealt with through responsibility and choices growing out of the scope of free action.

The principles and techniques of LOGOTHEATRE are utilised in sessions for both individuals and groups. Sessions are conducted online or in person at my practice in Riebeek West.

Group Logotheatre Forums

I run two weekly forums in the Riebeek Valley: LIVING LOGOTHEATRE FORUM and LIVING CONVERSATIONS WITH NATURE. Both are also available online, please contact for details.

Logotheatre Training for Therapists

I assist Logotherapists to deepen their clients’ journeys through an eight-module course in the principles, philosophies and techniques of LOGOTHEATRE which can be followed individually or in groups of up to four, online or in person. Other short courses are in development.

Individual / Group Actor Training

I am a theatre and television Director and Producer and Performing Arts Educator, with over forty years’ industry experience; multiple stage and screen awards, and more than one hundred professional theatre and television productions under my belt. I have trained hundreds of actors, directors and screen writers, both privately and through tertiary institutions. I believe that there can be no one-size-fits-all approach to acting – or life – and that both have to be rooted in a deep knowledge, understanding and development of the unique Self.

My courses are tailored to the needs of the individual and are enhanced by the principles and techniques of LOGOTHEATRE developed through my training and research in LOGOTHERAPY and Existential Analysis.

Practical aspects of the industry such as audition preparation, theatre and set etiquette, creating one’s own work and career development are also covered.

Individual classes for ages 10 and up are conducted online or in person in Riebeek West. Small group sessions , from 2 to 4 participants are also available in person or online (travel for in person classes to Cape Town and surrounds can be negotiated).
